Notes

Can store in the fridge for 3-4 days in an airtight container. For longer storage, freeze for up to 3 months. To reheat, thaw overnight and warm up in the microwave or on the stovetop. Variations include using tofu instead of chicken for a vegan option, adding hot sauce for spice, or including vegetables such as broccoli.
